We arrived to True Grit on a Saturday night at 8:03pm, 57 minutes before they close per their posted hours. Mind you those hours are posted online and on the door. The restaurant was empty and I promptly asked the bartender if they were still serving food. She said the kitchen closed in 25 min; we promptly sat and were looking to order.
