Pros. Co-workers were great, enjoyed working in multiple settings (ie facility, in-home, etc.), enjoyed doing meaningful & satisfying work with patients/families. Cons. The new leadership group has crippled their reputation over the last few years. Gave zero indication that they value their employees which led to a high turnover rate.
