As already mentioned, one of the perks that comes with Tera Club are 3x 100% XP boosts from hunting monsters (1 hour each). There are other scrolls, however, which give you a fixed amount of XP and you could level by just using these scrolls. This is too costly though. You can level normally within 2-4 days, with or without a boost.

Dailies gives around 2,5 - 10 % depending on level (2,5 on level 69). Most of the time you level via Bam grind (but it's only really worth with Tera Club 100% XP passive and daily 100% increased XP Pot). Without that i wouldn't even think about start grinding.

With XP Boost: Teraliths provide around 176 - 180k xp to the side char with an exp boost per kill and it took our reaper character to kill (again) in around 2 minutes. Army mobs are around 10 - 11k exp per mob which leads to around 210k experience per grind cycle (if you can handle 20 at a time) this took around 2,5 - 3mins on the same reaper.
