The euphemistically named DX ‘Live’ tracking is next to useless. When the items arrived the tracking indicated that the drivers were on delivery 6 in Deptford. I was delivery 7 in Lewisham. On delivery I discovered that the pedestal for the sink had not been included. FRIDAY 191.6/5

My parcel was not delivered two weeks ago - even though we were at home. Rerouted it to my work address - failed again. Asked for a new delivery - failed again. Paid for a guaranteed delivery time - failed again. Went on the live chat in the DX website - was told it had been held up and would be delivered the next day - failed again.
