Open Fri-Sat-Sun 9h00 to 5h00. I read on a review that it is better to go on Saturday and Sunday. The only dowside is that parking is not easy (but stiil feasible). Watch not to park where it is not allowed. Metro Station Saint-Michel is nearby. This is a very good flea market and there is not much brand new merchandise compared to other places.
