when I googled Spencer Beach permits this is what was on the website - "Gate closes at 9pm and reopens at 6am. No entry or exit after 9pm. Campers will only be allowed to exit, with no re-entry, after 9pm for emergencies (medical, disasters, hazardous conditions, unforeseen circumstances, etc).
