Specialty Bakers expects it's employees to work long hours (10-12) 5 to 6 days a week. The work itself isn't hard to learn, but people there must be able to lift 50 lbs over their heads all day long. Specialty Bakers has many cultures within it, but over half of the employees do not speak English, which makes it harder to understand many of the employees there.

Great place to work if you enjoy physical labor. Management and workers get along. I enjoyed working at the bakery because I enjoy hard work and feeling like I accomplished something at the end of the day. There is a feeling of family amongst many different ethnic groups. I wasnt able to work the early morning hours.
