She had many different alterations she wanted done to the dress. There were supposed to be multiple fittings done. No communication was received from Melissa at all in the weeks leading up to the wedding when we expected the fittings would take place.

After having my dress completely messed up the first time I really didn’t have high hopes but I did think it would be handled properly. 9 months of my time wasted and my dress is still a complete mess.
