I too did not use the Sea-Tac USO based on my usual timeline prior to my retirement out of Ft. Lewis (JBLM) about 6 years past. However, the Sea-Tac USO is the busiest USO Airport Center on the planet, having between 11,000 - 13,000 visitors during our busy months. Being outside of security allows everyone PCSing into Asia to stage at the Center.
