Near 60 week minimum work schedule with poorly maintained trucks and long hours. Any holidays during the week must be made up on Saturday. Pay can be great (60+) but work environment is horrid. For example, when your truck breaks down (once a month minimum) your 60 hour week becomes a 70 hour week as you work that Saturday.

The job with Schwans is of course long work hours, but the rewards make up for that. Any where from 10-12 hours is normally as those are the "store" hours for the business. I learned how to deal with and how to treat a wide variety of customers.
