I pre-ordered mine on 9/18 and my 10/5 delivery date has not been changed (yet). I was at a Radioshack, of all places yesterday and they had verizon iphone 5's in stock to sell. No pre-ordering, no false dates. Radioshack for crying out loud. That is shameful to me and I don't even work for Verizon.
