May 12, 2012 · I signed and then when I later looked at the parcel address realised it wasn't for me, right address - wrong name. I rang/emailed RM and they didn't want to know, said they had delivered to right address etc. I had a fair idea who it was for as we had loads of wrongly addressed parcels for this person who seemed to like giving out our address.

Dec 23, 2009 · Hi Advice please we sent a package out to a customer - who say they never received it - even though the tracking shows delivered. However the name on the electonic signature isnt the persons living there, so all that i can imagine is that its been sent to the wrong address.

Dec 10, 2010 · We don't deliver to names, we only deliver to addresses, if the address on the special was wrong then the only thing you can do is try to find out where it was delivered to and try asking them otherwise you need to get the package sent again only this time to your correct address.

Nov 26, 2008 · These people really missed the point. UPS delivered the package to the wrong address. The package wasn't mislabeled, it was simply dropped off in the wrong place. UPS cared so much about the delivery that not only could they not be bothered to check the address, but they left a perishable food item on your porch. Enjoy your ham.
