It is something which has to do with the SAP connect configuration. If you try sending the same to a outlook address it might work. You can try contacting the BASIS team to help you out setting for external domains in SCOT. This generally has nothing to do with ABAP. If the e-mail has reached SOST, that means there is no problem code wise.

dear Gyus, We have a situation where every day we have in transaction SOST some order confirmations which were not sent to recipients. The reason is: No delivery to ....., as recipient unknown.
