They had a measuring service where you paid them 30 quid or something to come round and check the access first. When they made the sofa they forgot to factor in that it was a sofa bed and it was now 10 cm too wide and wouldn't fit through the door. The delivery guys were about to leave the sofa in the street until I kicked up a massive fuss.
