My two delivery orders are in the amount of $500 and $1100, respectively, and the delivery fee was an additional $80 for both orders. Does the 10% rule still apply? Thanks much.

I put furniture delivery in a separate category than food. I just paid $250 for a bed and another $150 for delivery. The company says the delivery and assembly are included in that fee. The delivery person should be getting a full hourly wage, not a reduced one like servers get.
