May 15, 2014 · I'm running an Exchange 2010 SP3 on a Server 2008R2 VM. I came into work this morning and Exchange is extremely slow and almost unresponsive. It took over 20 minutes for my folders to sync this morning when it normally takes 5-10 seconds.When I sent a test message to myself it sat on "sending 1 of 1" for almost 5 minutes.

Jul 03, 2011 · The symptom is slow mail delivery to the full Outlook 2010 32bit and 64bit client. This started on Monday. I can watch a test email hit the Exchange server mailbox database for a user, and also watch the item count change for the user mailbox through the EMS.
