I booked Proovia through Shiply and… I booked Proovia through Shiply and Alex and Costas were brilliant. They moved a very heavy 7ft slate based pool table down a really tight staircase. They did it professionally and quickly. Really recommended this company and these delivery/removal men!

Had a slight issue with a delivery company that (understandably) decided they were going to stop delivering during virus crisis, had to find an alternative. Contacted customer services about a refund and had charming response and refund within a day, which, in the current situation is a miracle. I'm a repeat Shiply customer - enough said.4.8/5
