You cant delete a Z* include which is being called from a user exit.. if you dont want to use that program, just comment out the contents of that particular Z* include. Another option, deactivate the user exit component if that is the only component being used in your project change management.

I have modified user exit "MV45AFZB" FORM "userexit_check_xvbap_for_delet" to keep users from deleting line items from sales orders in t-code VA02. However if they double click the line item and go into the schedule lines. They are allowed to delete the line item.
