The issue is, MM team has defined tolerance limits and set DEL automatically for the plant. But this is affecting the process order as well. The DLV indicator is set automatically when the GR is within the upper tolerance limit. Business want to have the delivery completed set, manually for the process order but the control is at plant level.2/5

When the delivered quantity equals planned quantity, the status DLV and indicator "Delivery completed" (AFPO-ELIKZ) should be set. However, sometimes they may not be in sync. Goods receipt quantity and value is wrong in production order compared with the actual GR material document.

The "Delivery Complete" indicator is manually set in the Production Order item when the Order is not fully delivered. Even so, system still proposes quantity during subsequent goods receipt using transaction MIGO and Material Document of the Goods Receipt can be sucessfully posted.
