Pros. Great co-workers, lots of training (pretty much as much as you want), great office environment. Cons. Overworked, underpaid. Long hours, favouritism, overselling during first couple of weeks and interview process. Be prepared for not a lot of work life balance. You’re making about 100-120 calls a day.
