Feb 14, 2019 · On Thursday I advised a recorded letter. On Saturday it came to me as a redelivery to the post office on my round as a local collect. I checked the PO opening times online (the PO is inside a Spar), which said 9-5. When I got there at 12.40 the counter was closed and it shut at 12.30, so the opening times were for Spar not the PO counter.
