Well, after the birth, my pelvic floor area felt really weak for a long time. I had pain when sitting, after standing too long - just felt like the muscles in my pelvic area were all sore/weak. If I was constipated it hurt to "push" too hard to go. I just assumed this was normal after everything your body goes through during a vaginal birth.
