From the Missouri Physical Therapy Practice Act Website: “All licensed physical therapists and physical therapist assistants are required to biennially complete thirty hours (30) hours of acceptable continuing education. Hours must be reported to the Advisory Commission each even-numbered year at the time of renewal.”
The Physical Therapy Section of the Ohio OTPTAT Board enacted a rule change in May 2019 to require a jurisprudence assessment module (JAM) as part of continuing education for renewal of physical therapist and physical therapist assistant licenses. The JAM is required for PT license renewals which open up November 1, 2021 - January 31, 2022.
