You should arrive with plenty of time to enjoy the market. We arrived in Pisac at around 1 pm and the market was going strong until at least 5pm. We actually had a lot more time there than we needed. You might want to consider going to the Pisac Ruins first. It takes about 2 hours to see them, and they close at 3 pm.
