I had my baby 3 weeks ago and started getting the rash on my belly, knees, and breasts around one-week postpartum. My OB called a dermatologist and they diagnosed me with PUPPS rash postpartum and told me to take Zyrtec. It isn’t working at all. Apr 16, 2011 · I had it in a big bad way during my first pregnancy. The only thing that worked was a prednisone blast and zyrtec. It cleared up for the most part after delivery but would flare up when I started my period again. It sucked. It stopped flaring completely after about a year (but was very mild by the end). I feel for you.
