Jan 25, 2016 · What's up with Pottery Barn's shipping charges?! Whenever you buy furniture at Pottery Barn, there's a large shipping charge, often almost 1/4th the price of the item, that you have to pay extra. You can't avoid it because they have to be shipped to your home.

Pottery Barn umbrella was closed. I have it for 3 years, well kept in-doors during winter. It snapped in two pieces and hit my daughter's foot. Pottery barn will not address issue/replace umbrella or even take it to investigate the umbrella to make sure it does not happen again.
