My order was split into two deliveries, the first arrived the day after the estimated delivery date of which i had to ring and check if it was still being delivered, the second arrived as the estimated delivery date but again no cofirmation. The requirement was delivery just inside the door. Using delivery people that quote "lack of insurance" to be able to do that will kill business. This is the 4th 4k purchase I have made with the company and unless this is improved, will not buy from the company again.

They were good - cheap and delivered before the original anticipated date if I remember rightly. The only problem, more for the driver than for me, is that there is only one delivery person so you're supposed to help them and I wasn't really much use at lifting a 60KG boiler up the steps in front of our house.
