Aug 07, 2010 · Well, I also paid £10 for ebuyer's Saturday delivery and have been waiting in all morning for it. The tracking details show it was with Parcelforce from about 5am and is "out for delivery" on the express AM service (by noon). Just gone noon and nothing, and I need to go out soon. Not pleased, and weather is no excuse now we're in the summer!

I had ordered from the same company 5 months ago and it was held by customs for over 10 days before delivery but I don't understand how it can now have been released by Customs and yet held at the National Hub unless Parcelforce's website is wrong:-Your parcel has now been examined by HM Customs and charges may have been raised by them.
