well I said a while ago I would not use Parcelforce again , did not collect on the day they said just said no one was in but never turned up , parcel was taken to depo next day delivery , the next day says out for delivery between 11.30 AND 12.30 still says out for delivery at 21.35 ive learnt my lesson1.7/5

It is the time of year when temporary drivers are being used. I don't know about Parcelforce specifically, but with most delivery firms, if the new drivers can't finish their rounds, they have to tick a box for each undelivered parcel, explaining why they brought it back to the depot instead of delivering it.

The delivery/collection problems are down to the courier not P2Go or whatever broker you use unless their system fails to alert and inform the courier regarding collection. Problems get exacerbated when many couriers do not have telephone support either... And even the broker can have difficulty communicating with them.
