There are lot of ways of mapping such tracking numbers into SAP delivery document. If you want to store Bill Of Lading Number, then you can directly use the LIKP-BOLNR for that purpose. But that's one tracking number per delivery. In case if you have carton tracking numbers, then you have to store those in the carton level (Packing HU level).
