    I have a similar but not so overwhelming pain and it's definitely in my urethra. I'm convinced it's from the catheter they used to make me wee (not perminant - just a one off 'in/out' thing) just before birth as I'd had an epidural. Saying that, no idea why it's aching now and didn't initially if that is the cause.
