The only ones who can use the "Send" tab are Nexon's GMs. This NPC is used to send items from Nexon to players. For example, we had a case in the past where items were destroyed by a scroll given in an event, that didn't say it has a chance to destroy.

You jump around in Perion until you land on an invisible platform. That's how you use the package delivery system, because that's the only thing left from it. Nexon uses it to send people stuff, but players are no longer allowed to use it. Just another example of Nexon hurting legits to try and stick it to hackers.

Jun 01, 2017 · The delivery NPC is only for delivering items from Nexon to players. There is no way to send items from one player to another. Thanks for the help, but I used to be a user in KMS.

In order to delete packages that you have installed on Cydia you need to go into Cydia. Tap Manage on the bottom of the Cydia home page. Select Packages. Choose the package you wish do delete. Press Modify in the top right corner and select remove. This will delete or uninstall the package.

Only GMs can use Blair Package Deliverer. It's a tool to directly send items, when needed, to players. The last method for players to send items across accounts was removed due to exploitation.
