Avoid. Fake delivery times. Avoid. The delivery times they tell you are completely fabricated and when you contact support about what's taking so long you just get a generic response. Ordered some compression socks through Ozsale. The socks are great, but not as great as Ozsale were to deal with. Somehow my delivery was mixed up with another delivery, but Ozsale were fantastic, so helpful and quick, they sorted the issue, not their fault, so well. OZSALE continue to promise delivery dates that cannot be met by their selected courier company. Items are purchased and paid for in good faith that they will be delivered within the time frame given.
