Ordered some compression socks through Ozsale. The socks are great, but not as great as Ozsale were to deal with. Somehow my delivery was mixed up with another delivery, but Ozsale were fantastic, so helpful and quick, they sorted the issue, not their fault, so well. OZSALE continue to promise delivery dates that cannot be met by their selected courier company. Items are purchased and paid for in good faith that they will be delivered within the time frame given. I have contacted the courier company and their policy for delivery time frames is not what OZSALE advertises.1/5(53)

Ozsale have refused to refund my money or give me a replacement because they said that I took too long to let them know that there is a fault. I let them know 6 months after I purchased the product, because that is when I got the product out to use it. There isn’t any expiry date on the unopened packet. I will purchase from Ozsale again.
