Aug 06, 2006 · Delayed message delivery when using Outlook and IMAP. I'm using Outlook 2003 and IMAP accounts on a MailEnable Professional installation. The problem is that Outlook won't download my e-mail for some reason directly after it started. First I have to logon to my webmail, then the messages will be downloaded to Outlook.

Aug 22, 2012 · I am running outlook 2003 on a windows xp machine. I configured outlook for a IMAP connection to gmail. It was working fine for several months. Then, all of a sudden I noticed that when I deleted an email from my inbox or any other folder in outlook, it just disappeared.

Aug 29, 2014 · What I would like to do is add IMAP to Outlook, move existing folders over to the IMAP account sync the folders and then remove the PST file. Is this possible or am I always going to have the original PST file there?
