Jun 04, 2013 · My client had a Windows Home Premium which was update to Pro using an Anytime update. Every month or so the desktop goes black an she gets a counterfeit warning. This time she has a message "Optional Update Delivery is not working" - You may be a victim of Software Counterfeiting. I re-enter the COA details and all is OK for another few weeks.
