Jun 04, 2013 · Optional Update Delivery is not working - You may be a victim of Software Counterfeiting - every few weeks. Hi, My client had a Windows Home Premium which was update to Pro using an Anytime update. Every month or so the desktop goes black an she gets a counterfeit warning.

Sep 07, 2012 · HiAll of a sudden over the last couple of days i have started getting a pop up windos entitled "optional update delivery is not working", with a warning i a may be a victim of software counterfeiting.

I was wondering if there is a way to resolve this issue by not forcing me out of my apps and games and such by tabbing me out, or to just get rid of the notification once and for all? Or possibly redirect me to a place that can sell/give me a legitimate Windows 7 key that isn't "counterfeit."
