Our flight was cancelled by airline on 4th April. I was trying to contact Opodo since 3 weeks staying on the line as long as 1 hour & 45 minutes with no response. BA emailed me to say they cannot process a voucher as the booking was done via Opodo. No way to get to speak to Opodo customer service!!!!

The insurance company said no OPODO needs to take an action. I call Lufthansa again, they told me that OPODO needs to call to travel agency service to be able to solve my problem. the fourth solution, I told CS what I have been told, what happens, they have said, yes we will do so. we will send you an email. when Lufthansa replies.3/5
