The O365 mailbox which you see as migrated. Does it has data. If not the delete the mailbox from O365 since if you start migration from onprem to O365 that it will fail since there is already a mailbox. Check the size of the mailbox by clicking on mailbox usage in Exchange admin center in O365.

Nov 13, 2015 · When we migrate a mailbox from on-prem to Office 365 a mail contact is created in on-prem with the target delivery domain of office 365 (domain.mail.onmicrosoft.com). When we create AD users and assign licenses in cloud, our on-prem has no records for the user and is unable to route the connection to Office 365.
