Three hours online ( eCourse) followed by five hours of classroom instruction prepares you for ten hours of practical riding exercises in a controlled, off-street environment—typically, a paved parking lot. Motorcycles are provided free of charge for your use during the course. All of this is included in your tuition.

Before you schedule your Basic RiderCourse 2 license waiver, you must have a motorcycle learner permit issued by the NY DMV. We also recommend that you have at least 30 hours of practice on a motorcycle, with or without formal instruction.
