Starting at Nestle as a General Laborer you will be on your feet doing repetitive work 12 hours a day. It is loud and any communication is difficult. There are Operator positions that become available which makes the job tolerable. But then as an Operator you max out on the pay scale after 3 years. Not much room for advancement.

Asked 19 February 2018. Zero hour contract - While i was working for Nestle (Nov-March) i did 2 weeks of full 60 hours which is the ultimate maximum you can work in a week for PMP. They will refuse to offer you shifts once you reach this weekly limit. I worked night shift at Nestle, so my shift started at 9pm and ended at 6am.
