Customer has to call and request 4 man service. Took multiple phone calls to reach Nordic track with no phone calls back. finally rescheduled for today 1/6 and they came again with 2 people. Nordic track never returns calls.Live chat not helpful. Small print states it is considered delivered once it hits delivery company. So 350 penalty to cancel.1.2/5
