Apr 06, 2014 · Also how rural can it be? They don’t get mail where they live? I’ve never heard of that. Yeah, there are places where the USPS does not deliver to the address. I know a lady who lives in a village in Ohio where they have the same situation - no mail delivery to the address; they have to go to the Post Office to pick up their mail.
