Issues/confusion with Inpost delivery, which meant I ordered the same item twice (as advised the first order had been sent back). Nasty Gal customer services team: Faheem, Jade and Keeley, were quick to respond (and with a nice/friendly approach) and apologised for the confusion and refunded the postage on first order as a goodwill gesture.
