The Moritz Law Library is a congressionally-designated, selective depository for U.S. Government documents. Public access to the government documents collection is guaranteed by public law (Title 44 United States Code).

Enter the Moritz Law Library on the second floor of Drinko Hall. The reference desk is on the main level of the library just past the circulation desk. Reference desk hours are Mon-Fri, 10:00am-4:00pm. Reference librarians are currently working remotely but in-person service at the reference desk will be available when classes resume on Aug. 23, 2021.

The Moritz Law Library's primary mission is to support research, scholarship, and instruction in the law. The Law Library was formed in December 1891 from a gift by the family of the late Henry C. Noble and has occupied its current location in Drinko Hall since 1992.
