I'm a complete newbie having used Project for all of 3 hours so my apologies if this has an obvious answer I can't find in the online help or Project for Dummies book. I'm using Project to track a weekend educational event so my timeline is all of 3 days.

To add a column in Project, simply right-click on a column heading and choose Insert Column. Here I have added Work to the Entry table next to Duration.
