The 2022 Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party hours are from 7:00PM to 12AM. This special event ticket also allows guests to enter the Magic Kingdom Park at 4:00 PM. (Special Note: Disney vacation club members can enter the park as early as 2:00 PM)
