Don't need a complicated macro, the formula to calculate our hours is: =IF(HOUR(A2)=16,17/24,1/24)+A2 Copy down as far as needed. The 17 represents # of non-working hours (from 4pm to 9 am is 17 hours). The 16 represents end of workday (4 pm = 16th hour). So, formulas checks if above cell is at 4 pm, add 17 hours, else add 1 hour.
