I spent approximately $2K at Mars on some Hunter Douglas blinds. George was more than happy to take my money, when it came to service Mars Blinds is terribly inadequate. When my motorized blind failed after one year, even though it was under warranty and free shipping was provided by Hunter Douglas, George charged me $100 for shipping and handling.
