Oct 29, 2017 · I am buying a car with Motorpoint and after looking about found out that their £99 admin fee wasn't optional. Having paid for their valet in the past and been majorly disappointed I thought that I would get it removed so contacted them and received the following response.

May 06, 2019 · • In small print at the bottom of the Motorpoint website it states: ‘A Pre-Delivery Fee of £99 (optional) includes HPI Certificate, PDI, Service (if required) and valet.’ We were not given this option nor told about it at all. Further, this section of the website one must presume refers to the ‘Pre-Delivery Fee’ does not refer to a cost.
